S. Yarberry in conversation with Sarah Weston
S. Yarberry is a trans poet and writer. S. has their MFA in Poetry from Wash U. and is now a PhD candidate in literature at Northwestern University where they study William Blake. Their forthcoming book, The Robert Poems, is a speculative poetic history reimagining Robert Blake, the brother of William Blake, as a trans man in the eighteenth century. Sarah Weston, Assistant Professor of English at Wash U., specializes in literature and art of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, with a particular interest in William Blake, Romanticism, and the history of science and mathematics. She is also a writer and book artist who replicates nineteenth century printmaking techniques.
